Tax Question

I am sure this has been asked before, but I must have missed it. Received our 1098 showing the finance charges for our purchase, but how do I know how much of the other charges are deductible? i.e. maintenance, property taxes, etc. We had 250 BCV points until January when our add on of 100 pts got recorded. HELP

For most people in the US, the only additional thing that may be deductable is the property tax you paid. The actual amount paid for 2002 is listed on your dues statement that you received in late December.
