Tax Question

I know tax is included in the price of the dining plans. However, if I do not have the dining plan, is tax already included?

We are having a family breakfast at Ohana(the character meal). Trying to estimate cost. Is tax already included in the price or will it be added on top of the listed charge?

Tax will be added in addition. The only times tax is already included is with the pre-paid mails, such as hoop de doo and the luau,.
