:confused3 My son is a full time student. And even though he is working for a certain tax company :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared: I had my office manager do his.

He owes  I was thinking that full time students received almost all back in what they paid? :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 :confused3

Depends on how much he made. Also is he claiming himself while still living at home? That would also cause him to owe.

NO. We are claiming him.

I NEVER owed as a student. Always got a refund. But, I didn't make much, either. The most I ever made while working and going to school was about 10K. (no laughing, please :rotfl: ). I would say double check the return- unless he sold stock or took out 401k or something unusual, or just made a whole bunch of money, it seems unlikely that he would owe. That's just in my experience, anyway. :thumbsup2

The one time I owed state I later got a unexpected refund from the state. Not sure what the tax guy was thinking.
