Tax on park tickets

I'm shopping for my park tickets for my trip this summer. All the major third party sites and the news sites affiliated with them warn that prices on the Disney site don't include taxes until you get to check out.

Yet, when in looking on Disney I see a line item for tax before I put the tickets in the cart. So, is there some other secret tax that Disney is waiting to hit me with? Is showing the tax something that Disney has just recently started doing?

Disney may have changed their website do to complaints. But there is no other sales tax.

It used to be that Disney didn't include taxes. Now they do.

I think we can all agree that, basically, once something is posted on the internet it remains unchanged long after the info has become stale. I have written to websites about wrong info, and some sites change their info and thank me, while other sites don't respond.

I noticed a year ago, more or less, that DisneyWorld website changed their ticket selections page to include a line with the sales tax cost. And it's so helpful to average readers to see that tax cost, in order to compare different ticket sources.

Thanks - glad to know I'm not crazy. Or, at least that this isn't evidence for it - the jury is still out on the crazy part
