Tax on dining plan?

Did anyone ever figure out why Disney is charging a tax of 10.43% tax on the 2025 quick service dining plan? When food and alcohol has a 6.5% tax?

It works out to $55.85 for the plan plus tax. Maybe they increased the price but no one updated the web page list of the price??
