Tax on DDP?

I debated putting this on the Restaurant board, but I figured my fellow DVCers might know better than others.

Does anyone know what tax is applied to the dining plan when you check in? It will be at BLT if that makes any difference.

We are flying in later than our friends, so we are going to pre-pay them for the DDP cost they'll have to pay. I thought I had to calculate this before in January when we also split the cost in half, and I'm thinking it's around 6%. Does that sound close at least?

The price of the DDP already includes any required sales taxes.

Maybe that is the case. I thought that what we actually paid last time wasn't just cost x 2 ppl x # of days.

But I also never remember having paper towels in either OKW or VWL, which according to a recent thread there are...
