I am in full crazed planning mode tonight and I don't even leave for close to a year...AH!

I can't seem to figure this out. When you purchase the DDP are you charged tax on top of the cost of the plan when you buy the plan? Or does the cost, for example $37.99 for one adult, include tax? I don't mean the tax of your meal. For example, when you buy tickets I assume there is tax charged on top of the price for the tickets. Is it the same for the DDP?

I think I asked a variation of this before but I am just not getting it. The beer probably isn't helping things.

another question...for the child's portion if their children's meal includes a dessert...do they still get an additional dessert from the regular menu?

When I added a 6th day of my trip the cost was the room+hotel tax+ the cost of the plan for the 6 of us with no tax added- so no tax added in addition to the $37.99. I can't answer the child dessert question because I've never asked specifically but it seems to me that they wouldn't just give you another dessert if it's already included in the kids complete meal.

The $37.99 (a) includes the sales tax on the per-night cost of the dining plan and (b) covers the sales tax on whatever food is actually ordered when the credits are redeemed.

The childrens' menu is for the child's choice of EITHER the three-course, predetermined option(s), OR one appetizer, one entree, one dessert from the 'a la carte' items.
