finally buying my house in Tavares, FL (not Minneola -like I planned = prices got too high there)

I needs work - it is cute - 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. So finally moving to Florida - although for right now keeping my condo in Birmingham - just in case. It is around an hour from WDW - so can start going to my heart desire - and best yet my cat is only an hour away - okay the is just me.

so anyone here live near Tavares?

I live in Tavares and teach at a private school here. My husband works 3rd shift at Disney. We are planning to move closer to Disney during the summer because it takes my husband about an hour and fifteen minutes to drive one way to work.

thanks - but hoping to stayed retired - so will visit WDW - but since hoping not to work - it won't be everyday.
besides you are lot closer than 9 to 10 hours away like I am now.

are you going to stay in Lake County?
