I beleive that I had read somewhere on here that there is a Tattoo shop at City Walk. Could someone confirm this for me. I think my husband would love this.

Yes there is :)
Go past the movie theater, turn right at the Fossil store...you will come to a huge set of stairs that will be on your right, just past The Island Clothing Store and before the NASCAR Cafe. Go up the stairs, the Halloween Adventure store will be on your left...H&H is at the very top right of the stairs across from Cigarz.

Its Hart and Huntingdon (sp?) and I may very well be checking it out on my vacation. :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :cool2:

That is so cool to know.

How long have they been there??
I used to watch the Show on TV, Inked i think it was called.

I would Love to go there and get a tattoo but I bet the waiting list is very long.

Thanks so much for the information. That will make hubby pretty happy. I'm pretty sure once we get there that is where he will run to.

We were there last May, last September and last month, and there really isn't much of a waiting list. My hubby got a tattoo there last year a few weeks after they opened, and he walked in at 10:00 at night, spent about an hour talking with the artist about what he'd like (my DH is an artist, too), and DH got the first appointment the next morning. DH was the only person getting inked.

Our other visits, we always pop in and say hello. We've seen people told to come back in X amount of hours or the next morning if they can't start right away. FWIW, if it's after a certain time at night, they won't start; you'll have to come back in the morning.

Hopefully an obvious tip: Wait until the end of your trip to get a tattoo. It's hard to enjoy a theme park in the sun when you've just been tattooed. Water rides or anything that gets questionable water splashed on you is out of the question. DH got an armband, and he couldn't ride any of the coasters because the safety harnesses rubbed all over his bandage and very sore arm. Also, you have to keep your tattoo covered for a few days and wet for about a week or two. It's just sort of a headache to deal with at a theme park. DH wishes he'd gotten it the last day of our trip.

Has anyone been inside the Halloween Adventure store? I was wondering what they sell exactly.

So the tattoo shop replaced the old Glow shop.

:( I liked the Glow shop...

I stopped in there one night on my way home from HHN. They sold basic halloween stuff...costumes, make up, candy, masks, etc. They DID have some HHN t-shirts but you can buy those at both parks during that time.

Me too...I liked going in there.

Very cool pictures
Thanks.

I will have to look into it when I make it down to Orlando.
Wonder how they compare pricewise to local tattoo shops.
I would guess you pay for the name.
