Tattoo Paper??

I have seen a few posts about Tattoo disigns- Where would one find "Tattoo paper"- How should the image be printed? Reversed or regular- & Is it applied as a regular temp tattoo? turn over on skin, wet, and remove backing? OR... Please any help is appreciated.
