Has anyone ordered from this company before? I got burned one time ordering from a magazine company that slipped in charges that I didn't authorize. I love the magazine though and this is a great price!

I ordered Taste of Home from the last magazine thread and haven't gotten a magazine yet, but did get the bill for $10.00 which is more than it was supposed to be. I would be wary about getting these for gifts. Years ago my niece gave me a subscription that I never got.

I ordered Rachel Ray magazine from them and received it very promptly. I just ordered LHJ. can't beat their prices.

I ordered from them last year - I got Weight Watchers 3 yr subscription for something like $7 and have never had a problem with it.

I will definitely jump on this one for Taste of Home.

I ordered the magazine last time as well. The bill came yesterday (with the first issue) and it's $24! I can't remember what it was when I signed up - $4 or something? I know it's way less than the bill was. No idea how to get this resolved. GRRRR.

I just got mine yesterday, I prepaid. I got an envelope with the option to up it for a savings but not an actual bill. I know i saved the receipt on my pc from the order in case something happened.

I too ordered thru this company last time the offer was offered got my 1st issue last week and a big bill for 2 yr subscrition a buy one year get one free at regular price an I ordered the 4 yrs at 3.50 a year. Needless to say I not happy

I went through my emails and did not have an email receipt but saved a jpg of the receipt after I paid.

Thank You Dawson5! I too got the same renewal offer that was spoken about above and I thought it was strange but then figured it was something that was on all the mags, so being the trusting person I am - I threw it out. Now I am starting to wonder what is going on. I hope more people start to post about their experiences and what we should do about this.

On the bill you received, does it offer a renewal with free gift claim and says something about a credit adjustment on the bottom? I have one, it looks like a bill but it isn't. If you look on the space where your name is, just above, after the long number letter combo there is a space and it should say A/S13, this is your end date for the subscription.

Just wanted to post and say that I received both the magazines I subscribed to last week. It took a couple of months but I was in no rush.
