Target Toy Clearance 30% or More

My Target had started separating the clearance toys in a separate area, with 30% off signs. I was able to get Playskool Speeedstars Halfpipe Highway for 9.98, originally 39.99 (75% off). I bought what they had for birthday gifts for my DS 4 year old friends.

Very little in the toy department at our Target was scanning more than 20 - 25% off. A few things were at 30%. I was disappointed that the obvious Christmas toys (North Pole/Santa Fisher Price little people) weren't reduced much at all. Does anyone know dates of markdown increases? Last year I was really able to stock up.
