Target, their pharmacy, red card

Is Target pharmacy still giving an extra 5% coupon with a prescription transfer that you can combine with your Red Card for 10% off purchases? I can't find it on the website and it seems the pharmacies are changing to CVS.

Target discontinued their pharmacy rewards program once they sold their pharmacies to CVS.

The prices for my prescriptions at Target took a jump when CVS took over. The pharmacists would NOT negotiate, even when prices doubled and tripled! I took most of my prescriptions to Sam's Club. If you have a plus membership, you can get lots of prescriptions much cheaper. I also get some from Healthwarehouse (mail order). I use goodrx to get local prices and then see what is cheapest. So far it's been Sam's, Walmart, and Healthwarehouse for almost everything.
