target price adjustment policy?

Does anyone know the time period in which you can take a receipt back and still get a price adjustment at Target for an item that has gone on sale since you purchased it? I can't find that specific information on the website, and my mother said ti was 10 days...I don't understand why it wouldn't be longer since it was puchased withing 90 days, so I could just return it and buy it back at the lower price... anyone know the official policy?

I believe it is 2 weeks. They probably assume most people wont go through the buying again at the lower price and returning....

It is 2 weeks and as long as the item isn't on clearance.
