I was at the Bedford, NH Target yesterday morning. There seemed to be lots of decorations and costumes left at 50% off. I didn't see much candy (but then again, I wasn't looking for it). I didn't see any totes, baggies, or paper towels. Didn't look in the cookie aisle.........................P

My Target was 75% today! We went to get party supplies and I overheard people talking. Like I needed anything else! We were good and bought NO candy at all. Some people have cartfuls and the lady in front of me was telling the cashier she "saves" it for next Halloween!

That make me crazy..I am waiting for candy to go 70% off. I am going to make those candy wreaths and now my dd wants to have all her friends make them to send to the troops...that means we have to get them done and out soon...

I scored 11 bags of the fun size M & M's for a net cost of 91 cents . I had 4 bags of the peanut ones that were $1.14 and 7 bags of the peanut butter ones that were $1.05. After the Target $1 M & M coupons..... 91 cents!

According the the Web, the shelf life of chocolate is a year. So candy bought this Halloween should be good next Halloween if it isn't allowed to melt. Of course, in my house it wouldn't last because we'd eat it!!!

Worcester MA here - still TONS of candy left as well as costumes too! Only 50% off here still too! BUT I was able to snag another 8 bags of M&M's at $0.39 a bag I also got 2 bags of Bubble Gum assortment that I want to try the wreath with. So for 7.85 I got 1 Polly Pocket (used $5 Q = free), 2 big bags of candy, and 8 bags of M&M's. My chocoholic DH just sat back and laughed at me

75% here in Florida! I got a plastic container for $1.24 and some socks for $.99 and a My Little Pony and the Play-doh both for $1.24. I used the M&M's coupons on the fun size bags making them $.49 each. I tried to stock up on candy without Halloween packaging to give out during the local christmas parade. Good Luck to everyone. My Target still had 4-5 isles of goodies!

True, but chocolate can get discolored due to temperature changes.

I did an experiment one year and some of the sugary candies became soft and flexible so it's kinda a YMMV thing. Gummy candies did okay for us, though.

Me? I usually stay away from Target clearance sales because I still have containers filled with stuff. I did go to our local Target because my dd's best friend works there. Good stuff, but nothing that really caught my eye.

I did go to 2 Walgreens, though. The one near me had 75% off and so I bought candies for Christmas and some Halloween stuff. Then I went to another Walgreens about 7 miles away and they had a lot of candy, decorations, and costumes for 75% off. I couldn't resist. lol... The shelves were filled with goodies - more so than the first location I went. In fact, I had a conversation with 2 ladies there because they thought I had a store. I told them how the candy I was buying was for Christmas gifts and wreaths and they started buying a lot, too. In fact, they each left with a cartful.

ours went to 75%. I was able to stock up on candy for the pinata we are having next week at at bday party.. also bought a decoration for $4.99 talking pirate ds fell in love with. the candy was a great deal. all my M&M's were .59 a bag for the mini ones. great deal there.. I couldnt use the coupons though since my printer was almost out of ink and it wouldnt scan. oh well..

For the coupons, you can go to Target.com and at the bottom of the page you can click on the coupons and they will come right up.

I got the M&Ms, Betty Crocker Cake MIx (halloween kit) for - 1cent w/ coupon (I grabbed 4 boixes) and Wilton Silicone cupcake molds for 1.24 (for 12) Some orange bowls for 24 cents and some nice fall paper napkins. I think less then a 1.00? I spent about 5.00 total.

You just need to print out multiple coupons from their website. Then you use each coupon once.
