Target Cartwheel now available without Facebook

You can now sign up for Target Cartwheel without signing up for Facebook. Pretty sure you do have to have a Target.com account though.

If you don't have a smart phone you can still use it. Just add things to your cart before going to the store, print out your barcode, and the cashiers can just scan that instead of a smart phone.

It is still in the testing phase so expect some issues from time to time.
