Target $10 gc with $50 purchase coupon

I did use a couple of these last time for regular purchases and a little Christmas shopping, but I was kicking myself for not stocking up on Disney giftcards! Now to figure out how much I need!

I think I'm going to get a Redcard this time, too. I'm always in such a hurry, I never want to take the time to apply. Does anyone know if you get the 5% when you apply or if I'll have to wait for a card?

But for this, for some odd reason, you only get 4% off ($2). It's like they take the $10 value of the gift card off your $50 purchase (for the % off) but you still get charged $48 (4% off of $50 = $2).

That correct....if you find the T&C's for the redcard and the 5% located on the target website it talks about the % being after any free items (i.e. gift cards). So if all you bought were a $50 gift card, you get the 5% off of $40, since you got the "free" $10 GC.

I looked this up last week when I noticed the same then when we made a purchase for the free GC's.

I know the cashier that checked us out said that he was going to use all three on GC's that night! I don't know if it worked, but he said he was going to try!

I have $200 worth of target gift cards from the deal last week. I was going to go buy more Disney GC with those. Does anyone know if I can use this coupon and get more Target GC if I do the transactions in $50 increments?

That's basically what most of us did -- piggy-backed a $10 gift cards with a new coupon for purchase of a $50 gift card. When you use the target credit card it comes down to $38.

When I clicked on the FatWallet.com link it took me to Target where I printed it out.

I had no problem with that one last week. Today, it did take me to the Target site where I was able to print two. However, I cannot go directly to the Target site and print. I seem to be unable to download that coupon printer. Very frustrating.

You get 5% instantly off purchases with the Target redcard. This works with Disney gift cards b/c they are entertainment. It does not work with a Target gift card. It works with all other Target merchandise too.

You can sign up for a Target Redcard credit card or you can do the debit card.
