Target $10 GC for $75 purchase

Anyone know if this offer is online only or is it also valid in stores? I'm guessing since there is a coupon code (XMASGIFT) and it is for today only that it's online only. Also, if anyone tries it can you tell me if you need access to a printer? Mine is not working so I will be out of luck if I have to print something.

Are these the same cards that I can use to buy an annual pass or pay my DVC dues?

The fine print on this seems to indicate that you can not spend the $75 on Gift cards.. Am I reading this correctly?
