Target $1 Section - Scrapbooking Items!

Just got back from Target and in the dollar section they have lots of wood stamps, foam stamps and stamp pads. They had scrapbooks (about 10 x 7), stencils, 3D stickers and some other things I am sure I have forgotten. Cute stuff!

oooh, I'm jealous, our target had spots for stamps but no stamps. What did they look like? I did manage to find a ton of the 75% off stuff on the endcaps... and I bought all the yarns they had in the dollar spot... maggie

The wood stamps I looked at were birthday ones. They had two smaller ones in a pack and one large one. I looked at so much stuff I can't remember what they looked like! I think one was a cake and maybe a party hat? They had others too. (I am not much help am I?) The foam stamps they had were about 4 or more to a pack. They had birthday theme, fall, Halloween...that's what I remember. Hope that helps.

Mine had alphabet and number stamp sets, maybe 1/4" size each.

Our Target had: fall/autumn wood and foam stamps, birthday wood and foam stamps, "girly" wood and foam stamps, Halloween wood and foam stamps, mini alphabet foam stamps, mini number/symbols foam stamps, a ton of different color ink pads, the scrapbook, blank frames, die cuts, stencils, gel pens (pk of 3) in multiple colors, 3-D stickers to match all of the stamps, packs of cards and envelopes to scrap/stamp and more! I spent $15 and got a ton of stuff!

The "albums" are awesome! They're the size of a stenographer's notebook, 15 sheets, and I can't believe they were only a dollar. Sure, the outside is boring brown and it's got the ugly metal spiral, but I can fix that!! I bought 5 and I'm thinking I should go back for more. I also got some yarns - my first foray into fibers. For a dollar, it was worth it.

again, stop the madness. the target I was at yesterday didn't have any of the stamping stuff in the $ spot. Clearly I'll have to stop at the one by kate's school today after the really long pa meeting! maggie

pattyt... what time did you go yesterday? LOL, I stopped in on my way home (NOT for scrapping stuff, but while I was there I looked around) and I got some of the stuff you mentioned.

well, unless Iluvpooh beats ya to the stores, check the endcaps for the scrappin clearance stuff. it's no longer on the actual aisle and it may be on endcaps that are no where near scrapbooking/stationary. maggie

Lalalala! I can't hear you! I spend so much in Target as it is, I can't afford to get lost buying scrapbooking stuff!

Now that I think about it, my daughter was given a naked barbie doll when my son had a playdate yesterday, so we do need to stop by Target to buy her some clothes... You people are going to get me on shopping restrictions!

You know, the other day I stopped in at Target while I was at Mikes & ACMoore. (same parking lot) I hadn't been there for a while & was anxious to see what was in the dollar spot!

Imagine my surprise to find out that our dollar spot is gone!!!!! The scrapping section was always pretty tiny, but is now almost non-existent!

Well the good news is - one less place to stop & spend $$!!!
