is brilliant :cheer2: we were lucky enough to get to see a preview today and we all absolutley loved it, Disney at it's best.

So we headed over to the Disney store and picked up dd a Rapunzel outfit 'for her birthday' ;) or so she thinks ... I of course wanted her to have it ready for our trip.

My only problem now is I am just so excited after the movie, I really was fit to blurt it all out to dd.

For those who've been the past few weeks are Rapunzel and Flynn there? I remeber seeing they were before christmas.

Anyways I just needed to let my excitement out here to save me from spilling to dd :rotfl:

They are not there anymore but will be back again once the Magical Moments Festival starts in March.

I cant wait to see it, DD is excited everytime the trailor comes on lol

I dont know how you managed to keep it a secret!! Well done you!

How much was the outfit? We were in the Disney Store last week and DD wants the Rapuzel suitcase for our trip in July so will get her the outfit too

:cheer2:

I am hoping to convince my DS to come to the cinema with me to see it!! I will bribe him with Pizza Hut lunch and ice cream lol.

He won't take much concinving but maybe a bit shy when he sees the cinema mostly full of girls his age!

Oh well we will just have to have another trip after March :goodvibes It would be nice if the Storybook boats are open and a bonus to see the new tower.

The costume was £28 so not cheap but something like 48Euro on the tag :scared1: They had so much lovely merchandise in though I could have bought it all!

MickeysFavouriteGirl I am sure your ds wont be alone today there were big boys (2 blokes in their 30's next to me) little boys, girls and everybody of all ages was captivated, I've never seen such a quiet audience with kids. I won't spoil anything but I think they've done an excellent job the film just flowed so well. Enjoy it everyone who goes to see it I think we may go again :3dglasses

We went to see it last week too (3d) and have to say it's going to go down as one of my favourite films. I wouldn't say it was too 'girly' either for those of you thinking of taking boys, in fact there's quite a few male characters in it. We took my 7 yr old princess mad daughter and dragged my 11 yr old son along! and they both enjoyed it equally but for different reasons !:rotfl2:

I thought so too, they've really got it right, I enjoyed Princess and the Frog but this just has something about it :lovestruc

I'm hoping to go & see it next weekend. Do you think it would be good for a 4 yr old? She has a very short attention span & didn't like Princess & the Frog? Maybe I'll leave her home with her Daddy while I go with her sister.

My dd is soon to be 6 but has the attention span of a gnat when it comes to watching films (which I'm quite pleased about) but she also found Princess and the Frog to be a bit 'slow'. There were lots of tiny ones watching today but nobody knows your dd better than you.

Oooohhhh, I'm so jealous!!! DD & I are dying to see this as we started watching clips on the web last year before our Christmas trip that never happened... We will be there on Friday all being well! popcorn::

She is another one who's after the Rapunzel dress princess: but I may have to draw a line, she has so many already... :rotfl:

Sounds like Tangled is definetely worth seeing then?! I've been putting it off, I was kinda seeing "a close friend" of Flynn from Disney and things didn't go so smoothly, I think I've taking it out on the movie instead of the person now though :rotfl2:

I will have to give it more of a chance I think :rotfl:

You will love it for sure! I know what you mean dd has all her dressing up dresses in the wardrobe in the spare bedroom, she also has a full compliment of princess shoes to match :rolleyes1 Whenever her friends come over after school they race upstairs and can't wait to strip offand get in dd's outfits lol I know I spoil her at times but she is my one and only, I work hard for her and just think she won't be this age forever ... that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it

I am already thinking ooooohhhhh I like the Jessie outfit!

LOL! That sounds familiar! I now have 2 clothes rails in the spare room for all her costumes, with the shoes, tiaras, wands, etc underneath. She is also my one & only! Well, as you say, they grow up so fast, we should make the most of our little princesses while we have them :love:princess:

p.s. we have a Jessie costume! ;)
