Excuse my knowledge base of Morrocan food, what exactly is a Shawarma Sandwich? Is this close to a gyro?

Great question - that was my assumption and I was wrong, lol! Actually, the "Wraps" are very much like gyros and are delicious. The sandwich was good, too, but was more like a big hamburger bun.

the schwarma platters is the gyro meat with all the sides, hummos, tabouleh, and couscous.
