Tampa to WDW

Does anyone know how far it is from Tampa To WDW? We might have to fly into Tpa due to cheaper ticket prices.How long would it take us to get to WDW. How about some directions.

It is about an hour, maybe just a bit more. It is a very easy drive. We prefer to fly into TPA.

I don't think it should take you any longer than an hour and a half. It is an easy drive (straight shot across I-4). If the ticket prices are cheaper, I say go for it. You should be able to get decent rental car rates as well.

I agree, shouldn't take any more than 1 1/2 hours unless you hit some real bad rush hour traffic (meaning an accident that ties up I-4). Usually it takes less than the 1 1/2 hours. And it is I-4 all the way so that makes it an easy route.

Last January it took me 57 minutes....it was a straight shot across I-4....Traffic travels fast but I must say that I wasn't leading the pack...
