Was it easy to get tickets ?

Are the stadium / arena easy to get to ?

We saw Orlando Magic Vs Miami heat on our trip last month.

I bought the tickets from Florida Dolphin Tours, $99 each (looks like they've gone up & are now $119) it includes transport to & from the Amway Arena too. It was a fab night, something totally different.

We went to see the Magic's as well as thought it was fantastic-would definitely go again. We got the tickets from Ticket Master (the American site) and they were excellent value for money. We drove up there and parked right near the stadium (although there is obviously an extra charge for this). Thumbs up from me!

The Bucs are one of the easier NFL teams to get tickets for (actually all teams in Florida are relatively easy, especially Jacksonville) so long as they are not playing a team with a large travel following [Steelers, Giants, Packers, Bears, Redskins, Eagles, Cowboys] , but there is the little issue of the ongoing NFL Labor dispute, which cast serious doubt upon whether there will be any NFL football this fall. Fortunately, even training camps are not scheduled to open until July, so with a little luck it can all be settled by then.

We saw Orlando Magic v Detroit Pistons a few years ago and it was extremely cheap to get tickets. About $10 each, I recall. We parked very close to the stadium too, I think. Tickets were waiting for us at the box office, booked via Ticketmaster.

While it was an experience, I'm not sure I would rush to go again. It got very tedious with lots of breaks, timeouts, cheerleading etc etc. More entertainment than sport, I would say.

Certainly not at all comparable with English Premiership or Championship football games.

Massive choice of eating options at the venue too - not pie or pasty like the UK!

Also found the sticky floor to be a bit odd!

Sorry, I should have explained a bit better! The floor in all the public areas was 'sticky'. We assumed it was special flooring to prevent people slipping and falling. It was very strange.

I Just booked our tickets for Bucs v Saints ( my team )

I am beyond excited for this,I have wanted to see a NFL game for over 20 years and for my first game to be The Saints is just quality.

I would deffo say go to Orlando Magic, Ive been to USA quite a few times and this would be up there with the best things ive done!

I went with Florida Dolphin Tours, they took us directly to the arena from my hotel and back afterwards. We had great seats and the game in itself was fun. Everytime I visit USA now I make sure I take a NBA game in.

I can agree with you def for basketball just could not get into it at all.. But I have been to 3 NFL games and that was a wicked experience and would go everytime if i get the chance too

Have a great time! We're going to see the Buccs on the 25th September and although we've been to the NFL games at Wembley this will be my first 'proper' NFL game. Would have preferred to see the Dolphins (my team) but they are on the road.
