Tampa Airport ?

We are flying in/out of Tampa for spring break and driving to Orlando (we could use our FF miles this way). According to the Tampa Airport website they say that Budget desk is onsite...can anyone confirm if the cars are onsite too?

I received a rate of $189 (including tax) for a full size 8 day rental, but of course will keep checking rates!
