The other morning I just couldn't get to make a call to the UK from the AKL - I had already checked out of my room and my dscounted calling card wouldn't work - Also I couldn't get an operator to help me even though I was ready to give my Credit Card over the phone to make an international call - It was a nightmare and i was getting stressed.
So I went to Guest Services at AKL where Tammy came from behind the desk to talk with me to an operator on the payphone - she too also got frustrated and we weren't getting anywhere fast so she spoke to her Manager and then took me behind the front desk in the back offices and let me make a call, on Disney, to the UK.
I thought that that was so kind and she was so patient and reassuring so "Thanks Tammy at Guest Services AKL"
