Does anyone have any experience using Tammac to finance a resale?

We just recently used them to purchase a resale for DVC of OKW. We are not completed yet. I am pleased with them this far as they are true to thier word and very quick at their end with the paperwork.

I'm using them now. I used Amber. She's very helpful and knowledgeable about DVC. My rate is 9.9 ( same as Disney )
