I'm so glad that talking Mickey Mouse is gonna have his own show in DCA starting tomorrow. I've seen him a couple times at Disneyland but now he's gonna be a regular on "Disney Dance Crew"..He looks really cool with blinking eyes and moving mouth..

Yea, a few people have said he's creepy but i think he looks really cool! and its great that he can talk to the kids, I can't wait until he starts doing meet and greets at WDW

What are the details on this show?

They use a Mickey like this on the show in front of Cinderellas castle in the MK. I think that one is called Mickey's Dream Along.

We saw this yesterday, lots of Disney suits were there, and they were filming the show. We had no idea what the show was. We had just ridden Monsters and as we walked out there was an announcement about the show getting ready to start, so we took a seat and watched. It was a big surprise when Mickey came on the stage a few minutes into the show and really put down some dance moves.

Cute show, but not one I would return several times to see.

And we didn't think the talking Mickey was creepy, In fact it took a minute or two before I even noticed it.

So did this take place on the stage that is themed to ElecTRONica?

I agree if you didn't know of the changes they are very subtle. I knew of it in WDW but had to look for it while watching the stage show there.

Well, mickey is a dancer (One of the only black and white episodes/etc I remember is of mickey having that party) so it's somewhat going back to his roots?

But still good. :D

here's the vid of it

i think the dancer's are really really good!!
but the fact of mickey dancing to hip hop is just really weird and disturbing to me. i guess because mickey mouse always represented childhood innocence to me:confused3

Thanks for posting the video...
I kinda agree it's weird to watch Mickey dance like that. The whole thing is just kinda weird. It would be a cool show if Mickey wasn't in it though. The music is pretty cool with the Disney classics and stuff.
I think they could have found a better use for a talking Mickey than this.
