So define easy transportation and if waiting on that is the anxiety? Buses can be spotty first thing, I have - I would say - mild anxiety issues, especially around rope drop buses. They can totally throw off your day if you end up not on the first or second one. Granted things are starting to normalize around opening now, but we went in May and stayed at Caribbean beach - first time we tried to catch a bus to AK we watched it drive past us an hour and 15 minutes before park open... the next one didn't come for 40 minutes. We did see about 5 MK buses in that time. The next time we got out there an hour and 30 minutes before park opening and ended up waiting 30 minutes for that first bus - a ton of people showed up in that time for both. The second stop was out of luck because we were completely full. (Jamaica bus stop)
And now that I spilled all that, things have changed so your mileage may vary - buses aren't confined to 9 parties anymore and the parks are adapting to more normal rope drop hours. If you aren't rope droppers then no worries at all.
Skyliner is definitely a pro for getting around, it makes HS and Epcot a breeze. Rope dropping HS on the Skyliner is a little chaotic as they feed the lines from AoA/Pop, Riviera and CBR together at opening, but it goes rather quickly.
Try and get Jamaica building 43 if you end up staying there.
