Talk me into it! Value vs Moderate

I agree with all posted except the misconception Values have only double beds. Since the beautiful room reno, we've had a queen both our stays for a 2-adult ressie. Now that DH and I go without the kids, we aren't looking for slides, hot tubs (I'll never get into a public hot tub, even a Disney one) etc. and I am hooked on the annual savings--values rate plus 15-30% discount range.

Value rooms with a single bed do have king sized beds. But any room with two beds have full/double sized still. All the Mods except one have two Queens or a single king sized bed.

Probably 2 adults would get a single king, but sometimes even a two person reservation will get a double.

The exception to this is the family suites where you get 1 queen in the bedroom and then a combination of pull outs in either full size or twin sized.

I wish I would have read this thread yesterday. It would have helped me make up my mind faster, lol. I reserved a value resort yesterday morning but by the evening I had upgraded to POR. Like some previous posts I liked the bigger rooms, bathroom and the look and feel of the resort. It all comes down to what type of experience you want and I knew that the value I picked wasn't going to cut it for me. We picked the royal suites. Once I saw them I said that's what I had in mind as part of my trip. We'll be staying for 8 days and half of them will be just at the resort so the fact that we can get towels for the pool, that it has a slide and all of the other activities I was sold on it.
