Tales from WDW--with pictures/update11/2

I still have Narcoosees booked for Christmas, but may change it to the Maya Grill if we book CSR for Christmas Eve. Everyone except the chef was nice. We were not the first to complain about the chef so he may had a rough night.

We had a better experience at The Pepper Market than at Narcoosees this year.

We went there for lunch the next day at about 11 AM. This was comical.

We had to go to restaurant management two restaurant trips in a row. The Pepper Market management handled our situation much better.

It was about 11:10 AM, and they switch from breakfast to lunch at 11. I orded a pizza with no problems.

Belle went over to one of the stations, and asked about a beef burrito, and the cook gave her the soup nazi from Seinfeld routine. Instead of "NO SOUP FOR YOU!!"" she got, "I only make breakfast now!!" I split my pizza with her, and (I know this is naughty), but I cracked up laughing (since it make me think of the Soup Nazi :)). Belle was somewhat amused too.

The manager was less than amused, and addressed the situation immediately. He was great, apologized immediately and gave Belle desert on the house.

Needless to say, we'll be going back to the Pepper Market. I'm not sure about Narcoosees.

:surfweb: Time for me to get back in posting more pictures and reviews.

Saturday, October 23 was busy with switching from our fun 2 nights of on-site to going to Wynham Bonnet Creek. We decided to not do follow our planned meals at Le Cellier and Boma, but to use our last 3 meal credits at counter service. We were challenged in using 6 snack credits before midnight. We orginally thought that we would use our credits at EPCOT at the Food & Wine booths. We decided to spend more time at Animal Kingdom and the Magic kingdom.

We had an awesome 1 bedroom at Bonnet Creek. We were on the 15th floor of building #5 and we could see a lot of the Disney Studios, tops of CBR and Pop, and way in the distance...Animal Kingdom area. We felt Illuminations shaking our building, but we were on the wrong side to watch it.
