Talent Show

Hello everyone,

I think that I am finally working up the courage to take part in the talent show, but I have another question. Does DCL have some sort of cd player for the talent show? I'm hoping to perform a Disney song (what else?) on my flute with background accompaniment on a CD (it makes me sound much better )

Also, for any recent cruisers, do you know when we can sign up for the talent show? I haven't been very successful in finding the listing in the navigators.

They definitely have a CD player and a tape deck on board for the talent show. Last May when they still had Dueling Pianos the guys would even accompany anyone who wanted it. There is a children talent show and an adult talent show. There was a signup sheet at the Excursion Desk about the 2nd day on the ship.

That being said, this was our experience in 2003 when the Dueling Piano guys were in charge of the Talent Show. I don't know if they still do the show since there is no longer Dueling Pianos.

I did not realize that the Dueling Piano guys were gone. What have they done to replace them? My daughter will be disappointed! She plays the piano and loved to watch them.
