We are leaving in 5 days! Yeah! :cool1: DS 5 months is eating baby food now. Anyone ever had trouble with bringing the jars into the park? I know Disney says no glass. I know that you can get some fruits and a few veggies in plastic containers but not enough variety for a 9 day trip. I figure I won't have problems, afterall, he has to eat.........anyone with experience? :earsboy:

Thanks,
Shan

I'd try to bring as much of the food in the newer plastic packaging -- for weight savings over anything else.

Just went last month and had no problems taking in glass baby food jars. They also sell baby food at the baby centers. I have no idea of the cost.

Thanks all for the replies. Hi GaTech!!! I am on my summer leave of absence from Georgia Tech health center!! My time off is quickly coming to an end!

The summer just seems to go bye faster every year!

on our last trip in jan we took glass jars of babyfood to the parks everyday. we never had a problem. they sell gerber babyfood in jars in the baby centers. but the choices are limited and the prices are almost double then you would pay in the store. i found it helpful to bring zip lock bags and prepack the days meals that way i could grap it and run.
