Taking dry snacks thru airport security??

I understand we can not take a drink through the airport security checkpoint. Would we be able to take snacks for our kids, like small bags of pretzels, cookies, etc? Wasn’t sure if dry snacks are also on the “no” list.

It is only gels and liquids.. everything else is fine. Check the link bavaria posted for all the info you need.

DH brought a bag with six Cinnamon Chip muffins from Wegmans down to me a few weeks ago--they didn't bat an eyelash. Everytime he flies back to NJ, I send him with home baked "something." No one has ever cared in the slightest. :goodvibes
