Hi everyone. Planned a vacation for July for 2 weeks at Bonnet Creek. It will be 4 adults & 2 kids. None of the adults drive. We plan on going to the Disney parks either once or twice. We've been there several times before. We want the 3 year old to experience it now. The 13 year old wants to go to Universal and SeaWorld.

Has anyone taken a cab from BC to Universal and SeaWorld and know what the cost would be? Also the approximate cost from BC to the nearest supermarket because we plan on eating most of our meals in.

Thanks for any info.

for your grocery - would go with a grocery deliver service
both gardengrocer or wegoshop are good choices

why are you staying at BC if you are doing US/IOA and SW - there are timeshares/condo - really close to SW.

Hilton Grand Vacation Club @ SW
Marriott Grande Vista - walking distance to SW and grocery stories.
Marriott Cypress Harbour
those are the best - there are others

cabs are expensive.

now you can get to SW w/bus - just goto TTC (where the BC will stop for the MK) then take the Lynx 50 bus to SW

here a link - you can download the schedule

to get to Us/IOA - it much more difficult - maybe you should consider another place to stay.

here is a ticket that gets you both SeaWorld and US/IOA - that does did include bus transportation but only from certain places

just not sure anymore if it includes transportation>

Thanks for the link. We planned on Bonnet Creek for the number of pools, etc. We only plan on going to parks for 3 or 4 days out of 14 so we want enough to do at the resort the other days.

Going to Universal will be 2 adults and the 13 year old and only 1 day that's why we thought of going by cab.

Years ago when I was on International Drive I think there was some sort of Trolley that would stop at SeaWorld or Universal. Is there a bus that would go from Downtown Disney to International Drive?

Have you bought your Universal tickets yet?
There is a deal through Dreams Unlimited (sponsor on these boards) that includes your tickets and roundtrip shuttle from Disney and Disney area hotels. We used it 2 summers ago and thought it was a great deal. The shuttle ends up costing only a bit more than the ticket alone, the service was reliable and we would use it again except we now always rent a car. You can find it on these boards up top but here's the link.

Another idea is to rent a car just for the few days you are going over to the parks. This way you aren't having to worry about cab fare, times to leave, etc. I just remember my mom had stayed at the Hilton there by DTD and took a cab just over to Coronado Springs, it was crazy expensive just on Disney Property. She quickly got a room at Coronado Springs the rest of the week.

Call the concierge desk at WBC and ask. I think I saw on someone's shuttle schedule that the same company that does the WDW shuttle does a shuttle to US and SW.
