On the chance that there will be a Pete rant on Tuesday over the "cluster ****" that will occur over the 2016 WDW packages being released and the abysmal Disney website that will crash repeatedly and the long waits on the phone for travel agents and guests.

I'm not familiar with this new situation, but I'm thinking there may not be a "rant" per se. The Disney IT failure rant is something that has been covered a few times -at some point, it's not even worth it any more. Most people who have been dealing with Disney for a while, understand it's just the field the game is played on ...

I'm not familiar with what you're mentioning -has it happened or are you predicting. I'm DVC so I don't generally follow package releases. Either way, being Disney IT -nothing surprises me.

I'm happy to say that I called right at 7:00am to change our reservation from August to February. I was off the phone by 7:20. All went smoothly but one thing said by the agent I'm not sure would be acceptable is "crap" while telling me a story while we waited on the system. LOL! I'm sure the guy was anticipating a very busy day.

That's good to hear kahblue!
I logged on at 7am (9pm for me) and used the system fine to get pricing for my sept or oct trip. Now to discuss with my travel partners and get it locked in!!
