Taking beer off the ship at Castaway Cay

:offtopic: I'm sorry we (I'm guilty as well) have strayed too far from the OP's question. However, rules for personal consumption vs. resale are quite different, and obviously vary from state to state.

I asked because the fines are very restrictive.

Do you think the two new ships in the fleet are being built for free? Maybe you think theyre fronting all the money now and expect to make it on the back end after the ships are cruising?
Why do you think Disney is building the new ships? They just have the cash laying around? They are building them because their is a demand. They wouldnt be if there wasnt. Of course they should make money. Its a degree of how much you spend to what you receive. EVERY year prices go up and perks/features are lowered. Stop defending the letter to the law rules. Disney knows people take alcohol out of their cabins. There probably will be a day when they outlaw the policy, but it wont be for bring a beer on deck.

BTW Im a platinum member.
