Taking American Coachlines from Sanford

Hello All!

I just registered here and am really enjoying the forums.

Anyway, we will be flying into Sanford Airport in early December and wanted to know if anyone has had experience with the American Coachlines shuttle service.

I have checked into it and it is our cheapest option (since we're not comfortable driving a rental car in an unfamiliar area)...$40 roundtrip per person.

So...any feedback from anyone on this shuttle (good or bad experiences) would be greatly appreciated.

American Coachlines from Sanford Airport is a nightmare. Although cheap you will arrive at your resort 3 - 5 hours or more after arriving Sanford. How many in your family. At five family members (American Coach will charge you $200) you will be at a price for a car service out of the airport. I believe American Coaches a little more than $40. per person. The car service will pick you up at customs, load and take you to Disney in about an hour. When you return you schedule your departure from the hotel about 4 hours to get back to Sanford.

Sorry...I don't understand. Are you saying that it takes 4 hours with American Coachlines shuttle even if you have advance reservations?

And the option that only takes one hour that you mention...is that with American Coachlines too or another service (i.e. the service mentioned in the link you provided).

Just wondering if you could clarify specifically what is the quickest AND most affordable option.
