Yes, Disney Visa card has more power than the AAA card at times. However, keep in mind, if you don't have one it takes 30 days to get one and that is typically too late to use it for things like the From Imagination to Celebration (aka 50th anniversary) tour.

And of course, you can't get a Disney Visa if you're not from the U.S.
