Taking a Peek at the WP

Okay this may seem like a silly question, but DBF and I visiting Disney this summer and we will doing the Spirit of Aloha dinner show at the Poly on one of the nights. I keep telling DBF that I want to go take a "peek" at the wedding pavilion (since one day we dream of getting married there) . Am I wrong or is there a way to walk to the WP from the Poly?? I thought I heard this somewhere, but knowing me I made it up in my little head If there is a way to get there from the poly I am not sure how to get there..could someone help me out (I am sorta familar with the poly resort) Is easier to walk or take the monorail to GF and walk from there?? I was thinking a walk would be more romantic Can anyone help me?? Thanks in advance! All you girls are great!!!

Yes, you can walk from the Poly to the WP. We never actually made the walk, but our photographer did so I know it can be done.

You can definitely take a walk from the Poly to the WP... They have a walkway to the Wp and you will pass the back of Francks and even take a peek inside the window... Take the walk its very romantic...

You can definitely walk to the WP from the Poly. There's a walkway that kinda goes along the water and takes you right to the WP. My DF and I took this walk last time we were there (after we ate dinner at 'Ohana), and it was very peaceful...we were the only ones there! It took maybe 5-10 min.

Thank you so much for the responses and thanks for the map too, Icats!! I am very excited to show DBF and I cannot wait to see the WP up close and not from the monorail! Looks like the Spirit of Aloha is right near the path One more quick question...is the path well lit?

yes the path is well lit...we walked it at night and it was wonderful

Yes, you can. Luau Cove is kinda right near the beach and you just follow it along to the WP. It's super easy and super short. No trouble at all. It is def faster to walk than to go inside and get on a monorail etc.
