Apparently they allow you to bring food/drinks into TL but what do you do with it while you are swimming and sliding? Are the lockers big enough? Can you just leave it at your beach spot or do people have sticky fingers and walk off with your stuff?

we were there last week and left everything on our towels/chairs in duffel bags - didn't leave our wallet sitting right on the chair but buried in our duffel bag - we didn't want to deal with the getting a locker.

my brother in law had one of those plastic things around his neck that could get wet and that seemed to work for him but was kind of a pain on some of the rides he kept getting wacked in the head. while in the wave pool too i noticed it was wrapping around his neck.

i didn't see how big the lockers were but we felt really safe there. the park seemed pretty empty too.

we've never been but the number of chairs they had out versus how many people were in them was real low.

have fun - its a great place!

Never been myself but going to Blizzard Beach in a ocuple of weeks. From what I'm told, a small cooler (six-pack size) will fit in a large locker. That's what I intend on doing.

we did blizzard beach last summer and got there at opening, found a picnic table and camped there for the day with our stuff...left everything there in a neat little bundle and noone bothered with any of it...
i don't think you will have an issue with anyone taking your "stuff" but i wouldn't suggest being flashy with money or a wallet while at your spot...
have a great time...looking forward to visiting typhoon lagoon in june (hey, that rhymes)....

Coolers must be small enough to be carried by one person.
Alcohol and/or glass bottles are not permitted.

At TL I've left personal items too. Never brought a cooler because I've never had a need for one. The refillable mugs are just too convienent for me. However, I've left sunscreen, sandals, sunglasses, and money. Not large amounts but up to $10. It was all stuff I could deal w/ if it were stolen. I'd be upset but it wouldn't put a damper on my trip.

We've brought a medium size cooler to the waterparks many times and left it on chairs......nobody has every bothered it. I wouldn't leave valuables such as wallets unattended. It's a pretty low risk though that anybody would steal someone else's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

We bought a "cheap & cheerful" cooler last time round(Winn Dixie $5 i think),used it at all the water parks & just left it where we had set up for the day. Security will check inside it but there are no problems.

We rented a locker for our park hopper passes. (We had over $1000 in passes) We left everything else at a picnictable. Everything was fine. I just didn't want to chance the passes.
