Hi guys,
My DH and I are taking my mom,our 8 yr old and infant daughters to WDW in October. We have also decided to invite my DH's 15 yr old god daughter to join us. I know how to plan for little kids but what do you guys like to do?
We are staying at OKW, will do the halloween party one night and have 2 day park hoppers..... we are also thinking of doing Universal one day as well.
Please tell me what young people your age enjoydoing @ Disney both in and out of the parks.
Thanks for your help! :Pinkbounc

Hi, tigger2on! In repsonse to your question about what teens like to do at the Walt Disney World Resort I recommend The Disney Mgm-Studios! Because of Tower to Terror and Rockin' Rollar Coaster I am pretty sure alot of teens enjoy this park. Also I recommend Downtown Disney aswell! Being a dancer I love the shows and enjoy seeing Fanatasmic and Wishes ( not to be missed) the most! Being a FL resident I have usally attended the Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party every year, but since I have been in High School I have sometimes been to busy to go. If this is your first time going to the party it is alot of fun and your entire traveling party will enjoy it! Everyone dresses up, from Dad's being the beast and Mom's dressing up like Belle, to the entire cast of the Wizard of Oz! It is alot of fun and plus, There's FREE candy! :teeth: hehe. Well I hoped this helped and if you have any other questions just ask and I will be sure to try and help you out! :)

I am 13 and I like the boardwalk along with DtD....It is soo cool at night!! Try to see if she would be interested in pin trading...It can get expensive but it is very fun!! You can do it not only at parks but also in DtD and boardwalk and resorts!! I would recomend MgM and Mk...If she likes animals and seeing show *some kids dont appreciate that* AK would also be good....Epoct I wouldnt go to unless it is EMH during that you could ride MS and TT...If you do go to epoct dont waste time in the countries ...My friend and I were bored..excpet the norwegian boat ride (rode twice*walked on*) which is right by future world.....Also for a no dis park i would reccomend Universal Stuidos...She and the 8yr old will both enjoy...If the 8 year old rides roller coasters and "big kid" rides I would also reccomend IOA at universals also...If you want a cheaper non park alternative go to a water park for a day..
Hope this helps!

Downtown Disney definetly!! There's so many shops and fun things to do! I also recommend Boardwalk

Ditto with everyone above ^^^^ also if she likes arcade stuff Disney Quest is awesome...I'm not really into that kinda stuff, but I still think it is cool and my bro loves it.

You're going for Halloween yay! Deffinitley make her dress up! Even if it seems a little childish for her, she'll regret it if she doesn't trust me ^_~ it's so much fun! You get candy too!
