Any QS places have food that you can get to go that will be okay the next day? The flights I'm looking at for a possible trip leaves at 8am and I wouldn't be able to get breakfast before leaving on DME. I love me my Disney food and I'd want to take advantage of whatever I could! :rotfl2:

Which resort are you staying? You should have a mini fridge in your room if you are staying in a moderate or deluxe or a DVC. Also depending on which resort you can request a microwave in your room (deluxe) or use the microwave in the food court.

There are some great take out type places to get cinammon rolls and such at MK, I think the name is Main Street bakery. In Epcot, France and Norway have great bakeries for take out. I can't really remember any bakeries in DHS or AKL but the Boardwalk area has the Boardwalk Bakery which is great. I think most of the resorts have some sort of rolls and snacks in their gift shops. There are several eateries at the Orlando airport; we usually eat there when we have an early flight out.

For breakfast our last day we cleaned out the room frig - cheesecake and zebra domes, breakfast of champions :thumbsup2

We'll probably be staying at a value this time. Since it will be a very short weekend trip (arriving midnight on Thursday, leaving early on Sunday) and the flight price is the same as with a longer trip, we have to save on the hotel... ;) I guess we could get a fridge for the short stay and use that to store things. We love the convenience of the QSDP, but last time it was free. We are thinking of doing it again, which would give us 6 meals each for basically 2 days, but we would like to do one TS meal too. Thanks for your suggestions, we'll definitely check out a bakery before we leave, and use up some snack credits, or some cash!

Every value resort has chicken breast nuggets as a meal option. If you are at the All Stars, Sports also has chicken wings. Those should stay fine overnight without refrigeration. You can get them as late as 10:00 PM (nuggets maybe until 11:00 PM). Also, pizza is fine left unrefrigerated overnight as well (available until midnight).

Thanks! I wouldn't have thought of the chicken nuggets or the chicken wings... or even pizza. All would be okay to munch on in the morning, or mid flight. I'm assuming they'd allow that on the plane if I say I'm going to eat it. I loved the chicken nuggets last time.
