Take out at Park CS's??

I am wondering will CS's in the parks (animal kingdom in this case) pack up our food for take out?
DH and DS want Pizzafari and DD and I want Flametree. We are thinking we will get 'take out' at one and eat together at the other.
I just have never noticed anyone getting food to go in the CS places..

Please share your experience with this if you have done it.

It's a fine idea, but like you say, I've never seen anyone do this.

We do that a lot at WS. I might want something from Kringla, and my DH may want a cheese plate from Boulangerie............we stop off in Norway, pick up my choice, carry it over to that lovely little park in France. I sit while my DH gets his food, and we have a picnic together, in a beautiful setting!

No experience at Animal Kingdom but we do this at World Showcase. My son got his nachos to go at Mexico and then we all went to Lotus Blossom Cafe in China for my beef fried rice to go and then we all went to America so my husband could have his cheeseburger.

And believe it or not - we've gotten the infamous turkey legs to go. We did have a Ziploc bag for them and the server carefully double wrapped them and they held in a cooler on the way home.

All you have to do is ask but I'll bet the answer will be yes.

I am not sure they have the "supplies" to pack for take out--like styrofoam containers and such. We got burgers and fries at the place outside Fantasmic last time and asked for it to go so we could take it in with us while we waited. The best they could do was give us paper sacks to put the stuff in, just as it was served. That was fine with us, but pizza and bbq could be messy.

I would guess the best thing would be to get the pizza first (or have them meet you) and ask for extra plates to invert on top of the plate with pizza (assuming that is what they order) to help keep some of the heat in. It may require some juggling on their part. You could always take some plastic containers for the bbq, but I am assuming you don't want to carry that around.

Maybe compromise and watch each other eat and save desserts to eat together? Not sure there is any good way to do this and still all have a fresh, hot meal.

We did take out at Pizzafari last year.

We got a salad & a sandwich & brought it back to the Poly to eat there.

Thanks! I too think it would be easier to move the pizza and we would get bottle water so no problem with the open cups!
If all else fails we will compromise and all eat at the same place .
