Take forever to get response from DCL email?

I sent an email to DCL over a week ago concerning the changes being made to nightly entertainment and changes to the pirate shows and have heard nothing in over a week now. Is this the new norm, or should I expect to hear anything? Sent through the link provided on FAQ page.
 
Depending on your question, it can a few days.

When I send an email inquiry or request that likely can be done easily, I receive a reply within a day or 2. But if I'm inquiring about something that may require them to check with management, sometimes it takes a week.

However, I did have an issue once when I never even heard back...it wasn't pressing, but it turned out that they never received it. This was a long time ago, but you may want to make sure you received the generic reply stating that they will get back to you. I didn't receive it for that one inquiry and it turned out that may have been an issue with the system and they never received it.

You can see if you have any luck with the Chat feature. I've used that option a few times, but it's not always available so I generally use the email form.
 
Ok, this is what I was thinking, I never received the we will get back to you resposne either...
