LoL, my parents are already pushing me to get a job to buy things I like/want like a puppy!!! But here you can't get a PAYING job until you are 16!!! If you could, I'd have a job already.....just so I could buy a puppy!!!

Puppies are expensive. We spent a lot on Jessie's boarding in June. She is on a puppy health care plan and life insurance too. She is an expensive pound puppy. Dogs demand a lot of time and attention.

Jessie is worth her weight in gold.

My mom and sister are allergic to dogs...so I won't get a pet anytime soon....

My "first real tax taken out of job" was when I was 19 1/2 in 1992. My Dad wanted me to focus on high school and early college studies. I made decent money before that job as a babysitter. I used to get up to $50+ a night in some houses.
