The Buggaloos( live action as we called them then ) remember the talking flute? !!!! I Loved them . God Bless Sid and Marty Kroft for giving me somethign to watch when I was a kid .

LoL, can someone help me figure this out???? It is actually lots of posts from potc club, so it may be hard to understand, but here goes........

Oooohhhhhh, i despise "S"!!!!!!!!!!! {she is a girl in 7th grade who i cannot stand!!!!! I'm not gonna give her real name, so I'll just go by her last initial, ok!?!?!?!?! And "W" is a guy I used to like!!! He's in 9th grade!!!!}
Anyway...I've never really liked S because she's a snob and she thinks she's everything. Well, turns out, when W found out I liked him, he liked S. W was really nice about it, LoL, his exact words were "she's{me} hot and all, I just kinda already like someone else." Later he told me that he liked S, and all that, but like I said, he was really nice about it all. We have remained friends. Well, S found out that I used to like W, so I guess she tries to use it to her advantage!!
Like today, I got behind her going down the stairs. I didn't say a word, because #1, I didn't wanna start anything, #2, I had nothing to say to her, and #3, right now she feels "intherior"{LoL, that's what her friend told me anyway!!!!} to me because the guy she likes in my grade asked me out yesterday at lunch, and she was only sitting a table away!!! Well, we were walking down the stairs, and W walked by. He said "Hey" to both of us. Then S turned around and gave me this "look" and said "Hmph"!!!! It was a "Haha, he likes me and not you!!" look, and it infuriated me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still didn't say anything to her, because I was almost at my class. But it still made me mad!!!!

Question~Have any of you ever liked a guy, and after they found out, they hardly talked to you?!?!?!?! Me and Chris used to be pretty good friends. Well, now he hardly talks to me!!!!!!!! I don't know what to do!!!!!!!! And this makes me mad.....the one time he has talked to me recently was in Ms. Jordan's room, and I was really stressed over MT's, so I didn't really have the time to talk to him. I so wish I would've had time to talk to him though!!!!!!!! It's not that he hates me now, or that he is freaked out that I like him. When he found out that I liked him, everyone said that he said these exact words, "she's hot and everything, but, I just don't know" and he apparently doesn't hate me if he tried talkin to me in Ms. Jordan's room. [COLOR=9900CC]oddball27[/COLOR], a girl I really liked in college told me once (right before she got married) that her hubby to be is a little jelous, and while our relationship was platonic, he wouldn't understand. Of all of the guys she ever went out wit, I was one that she really wanted to invite, but it would really hurt their marriage. She asked me to stay away, and I hear from her every few years. We will always be close friends, but we may not talk much any more.

[COLOR=9900CC]oddball27[/COLOR], I'm sure that everyone has had a crush on a "friend" & that once he/she found it, it made the friendship weird. Here's my advice: I know all this seems pretty important right now, but just roll with it & try not to let yourself get too hurt by anything/anybody. Someday you will look back & barely be able to remember "W" or "S". You are obviously a bright girl (and at 5'7", practically a super model!) & you have a great future awaiting you. Don't let anybody get you down. It's just not worth it. OK, I hope I don't fall off my soapbox but I am getting off of it now .

Danauk, everything is so nice and tidy...and each envelope is sealed...howevery did you get it by customs? I think you sent a little too much cash, but then again if we get more big packages... who knows... will you want me to post it Fed-Ex to your school? it is faster, and they usually have less trouble with customs... I can send regular post too, it seems to do ok from us to you...
geffric, I just loved your little note...WOW, what a postcard!!!!! If you don't mind I will pull your note from Danauk's (because if customs reads it, there is a word which might cause them to confiscate the personal item (No, I only read my card, but I am assuming you told here how the item on the stick was produced...) I will PM it to her after the package is sent, or you can when you want.. PM or e-mail me if what I am saying is unclear. I love talking in riddles and getting EVERYONE's curiosity up...

Welcome to the TAGLIARCHY Carlen T!
The tagliarchy started as a TAG FAIRY fan club. One by one we all came looking for tags. Some stayed, some left. Since the TAG FAIRY's have asked that DISers stop begging for tags, we have not been clapping & offering chocolate & $$$ for a while. However, we have had such a good time, that we have kept the TAGLIARCHY going. Anyone is welcome. Some are here everyday, some just stop in every now & again. We accept anyone (need proof? How about [COLOR=66FF00]iluvtink[/COLOR] & Lewski709 for starters...
). Anyway, that's a quick rundown & I hope it helps. I'm sure someone will come along & correct me if I have given any wrong information. Stick around, you may just like us.

Just popping in to say hi. I have a lot of catching up to do since my last visit. Three days of cooking totally wiped me out and I ended up falling asleep this afternoon for a few hours instead of washing china, silver, and glasses. Well, tomorrow is another day...

OK, I am Dense, Sleep Deprived and a Guy...[COLOR=9900CC]oddball27[/COLOR], Deadheadbelle's response knocked into my head that you were asking for advice, not stories of similar actions...She isn't worth your thought, and if she is lording it over you it is because it makes her small existence seem to her to be superior. She isn't worth the response, or the walking on egg-shells. If she gloats at her, SMILE KNOWINGLY, and pretend to conceal a laugh. Make her feel that you know something about her that you are too civilized to say, and it will totally crush her. the other thing is to look at her like you really pity her (sort of like you would to a dog with a broken leg. Giving her a genuine, I am so sorry about it, and if you need to talk, I am a good listener...again, making her feel like you know her deepest darkest secret (and won't tell because of the type of human you are) can put her really down. This works on a similar prncipal to looking up while you are in a crowd...

I have chosen the wrong DIS name for myself---I feel like more of a Sleeping Beauty than Belle.
The QOTDs:
NC Beast has a 12 hour shift until on Easter Sunday so we will be home with me cooking a nice dinner. I usually cook some things from scratch like an hollandaise sauce for aparagus for it. I think we are going for more of a lower fat meal this year.
I would use RDU to fly to WDW if I do fly in the near future.
