Hey everyone!

billysotherdad, glad you are feeling better. Make sure you get all the tests done. If you have to get a stress test, request the Nuclear one, it's better than the regular ole stress test.

RRBB & ohanafamily, Happy Anniversary!!!

TalkisCheap & DHSsenior007, cute pictures.

Cheeringmom, great pic of Sam. She looks like Lauren, doesn't she?

Welp, I'm off to make some food to take to llebrekniT's. We are going to have an October planning meeting while the kids swim. :teeth:

Check ya later....

Hi all, not a good day yesterday...

Joe, I'm glad you are dooing better.

CMom, Sam is a cutie, and I think you should talk to your son, and maybe his friends might come over to help y'all pack... Fresh Chocolate Chip Cookies are a good start.....3 13 YO's can be a great help if properly motivated....I keep remembering a Humphrey Bear Cartoon..where the ranger makes up a song and gets the bears to clean up while dancing to the music....

TinkBackwards, I know the album will be beautiful...

OK, RRBB got this HeartMonitor in today. I ain't touching it until I get better. My Dr. hasn't called back yet; I don't think he will, maybe I'll E-Mail him??? OK, the nurse just called. I gave her more questions....Oh, I am grumpy today.....

Satine, I hope your Bro doesn't have it, if he does, I hope it is mild. With the drugs today you don't really have to give up everything, just make better choices. they can have occasional bad stuff... as long as they keep their levels good.

:wave2: Just woke up from my afternoon nap. Once again I just couldn't keep my eyes open. I really want the last of this cold to go away. I have too much to do right now to be sleeping all the time.

Thanks for all the anniversary wishes everyone. It's so sweet of y'all. Oh, and Happy Anniversary dawgfan. What did you end up getting for your wife?

As soon as the maid leaves I've got to go get ohanafamily's chicken soup started. I figured I let her clean the kitchen so I can mess it up again. In the mean time it's off to the tower room and menus...

If I leave now :moped: :moped: and then pick up Lewski709:moped: :moped: , we can be at llebrekniT's by about 8:30 or 9:00 this evening??? Save some food for us..

RRBB, thanks for the advice. It's just that I have SO MANY great pictures and this little bitty album only has 13 pages! Urgh! I think I may wait and use it for our Oct. trip and maybe get another album to start on for our older trips? I just don't know! It makes it so hard when you are an anal-retentive perfectionist. The kit I got is from Creative Memories, have you ever heard of them?

Here's my album
387_1.jpg

I also got the sticker package and "77 pieces of die cut photo mounting paper which I'm really confused about what I do with?" They're like little shapes and appear to have a sticky backing maybe? I'm telling you - I know nothing about what I have done.
Cute Disney album. ::yes:: I started out using CM albums, still do use the CM tape runner. Here's a link to my very first album (12x12). Houseboat Trip You can see it was pretty basic and I did a lot of photo cutting. I don't do that anymore, usually just cut down to smaller rectangles or squares if need be and sometimes use a corner rounder. I sent all kinds of info to Deadheadbelle to help her get started. I can forward any of it on to you if you want.

Let's see, some other ideas for a small album...
 • Birthdays as WDW - you can use photos and descriptions of how you celebrated each one.
 • ABC's of Disney - for ideas for each letter there have been posts over on the Cooking, Crafting, Scrapbooking forum
 • Disney Recipes you like to make
 • Places you've stayed at WDW - you can put in photos of the resort and list what you liked/disliked about each one.
 • Favorite characters - have everyone in the family tell who's their favorite character and why. And if you have a photo with them and that character, great. If not you can always find some clipart or stickers to use and a just put a photo of the family member with it.
 • Anything kadaten already suggested

llebrekniT wants to know if she can use Cool Whip instead of whipping cream as she doesn't have any heavy whipping cream handy.

Thanks everyone for the thoughts on our anniversary. Cheering mom-as for last minute, you know men work better under pressure.
You girls sure put enough on us.

I have a jeweler on stand by in town for special occasions (family friend). There is always something that I can find there for what we now call my wifes "collection". I guess diamonds (pearls, saphires and anything else pretty and sparkley) are truly a girls best friend. Did I mention that women are expensive....if you want to keep them happy!

Actually my wife would have settled for a card and a kiss. She will get that too but I love her very very very very much and like to mark the occasion with a special gift every year. These "trinkets" will also be inherited by my two daughters and they will have something very special to remember us by. I bought her a large gray colored pearl that hangs from a setting of gold with a diamond at the top. This can be connected to a necklace she already owns. She was thrilled. Mission success=Love points. Big daddy is not in the dawg house and points could be redeemed at a later date to keep me out....maybe . Actually I stay out of trouble and do as I am told cause when momma ain't happy ain't nobody happy.

That sounds delicious geffric!!!

Stupid dance team! Having to watch what I eat... agh!!

I'm going to New Orleans next week, so all of that is going out the window for all those good po-boys!!!!!

Mad4Mickey this one is for you..
::yes:: If you add Choclolate to it , it will be better>>>:teeth:

NC Beast is a lot better after yesterday's doctor's visit...I got 2 decent nights sleep so I feel better too.:sunny:

Off to the pharmacy to pick up ohanafamily's meds. But first I had to add some ingredients to the soup so that it will be nice an yummy. And when I get home the parsnips and celery are going in.

Another delicious looking recipe geffric. I'll get it into our Recipe "Book" when I get home.

Congrats on finging the perfect anniversary present dawgfan. Sounds like a beautiful piece of jewelry you found for your DW.

Glad everything's going better at your house NC Belle and everyone is feeling better.

Okay, enough of the dirty looks ohanafamily. I'm leaving...

Evening all,
Sorry I haven't been around much over these past few days but things have been busy here.
Our whole country is feeling low this evening. Tonight we were knocked out of the Euro football competition and rather unjustly!! We scored a goal which the ref did not allow (for no real reason!). So then it went to penalties which I beloved, sarong, thong and head band wearing captain missed!! He is not popular right now as this was the second one he missed and he has not played well all competition!!

Oh well it is bed time so I guess I had better go to bed as I have to be up for work tomorrow (only 3 weeks left and with trips, sports day etc it leaves 10 teaching days!)
I'll be back tomorrow
