Thank you. Is there a general guide on per night cost on Disney cruises that is the going rate? Like anything under or at $X is an average anything over and it’s over priced and better to wait?

Not that I am aware of. You can try to watch for how fast prices are rising but the sites that used to track that have stopped. It'd be a manual check. Disney never lowers prices but they do release restricted fares if they are not selling. Sometimes they are less than opening day, other times still more expensive and as the name suggests there are some restrictions depending on the discount offered. Generally shoulder and low season you're more likely to find them, but they have been popping up for even busy times lately.

Platinum status, 09C $2292 2 Adults, $916 each. No transfers, air or insurance but did prepay gratuities.

This cruise was selling very quickly with lots of the cabins showing unavailable.
