Oh you are so right. That is why I am so cool. I'm known around the neighborhood as "the one with the gay friends in NYC". Yep, it is because of you that I am so cool. Thanks, Rick & Joe.

Also RickinNYC, you forgot to mention that you are a TV STAR!!! Yep, I've even seen him on the CBS Early Show. ::yes::

See? Even deadheadbelle agrees. Case closed. Having a gay friend is sort of like driving a Mercedes these days.

And I did completely forget about the Early Show thing.

Good morning, sorry I'm late, had to take DD for a follow-up appointment. I confess I was up late last night, watching wrestling and then flipping over to the show on Meryl Streep. (What a combo) I so need more coffee.

Let me clarify this one bit of info. I happen to be the coolest Tag member. Apparently, in this enlightened time, my people are quite trendy and everyone wants one as a friend.

No Rick you are the gayest, not the coolest.

But wait!

You may be right.

By being gay you are therefore cool, so maybe you are the coolest....

One thing I know for sure is that if you are gay and you are my friend then I am definetly cool.::yes::

Is it just me or does this sound like gay algebra?

Who's gay?;)

OK one funny story, there are two lesbian couples at church with kids. Anyway I was trying to explain to DS that sometimes there are a mom and dad, two moms, two dads, etc. So now, and remember DS is autistic so everything is pretty black and white. When he sees two woman together now he just automatically thinks they are two mommy's. And it's like so what! Aren't I just the most enlightened mother out there. Now if we could only get a little more diverse in our hometown life would be fab!

Hey ed....something else some of us have done is add most of the TAGLIKINS to our buddy list. That way when you check your User CP, you can see who else is on-line. Of course, it doesn't work for everyone, as some of us remain cloaked. Apparently they still think the rest of us are axe-murderers but don't mind talking to us anyhow! They just don't want us to know where they are!!

OH...also, LOTS of us are going to WDW in October. Check the magical gatherings link off the color wheel....Lewski709, Bichon Barb, and I are all going together, and will meet up with llebrekniT, Deadheadbelle, ohanafamily, RRBB, and ibouncetoo for breakfast :) Shall we add your name and dates to the roster???

Wow castlegazer! Now I know who I need to come to if I need to, um, get rid of someone.

HEY! No one ever asked me along! OK - I am going off to pout this morning.

Yup - sometimes I wonder who is on the other end of my phone line - yeah sure, I know the name, but do I REALLY know the name? We really do play with some rough characters. I also get the undying pleasure of ticking them off on a regular basis during Lease negotiations.

Won't you be sailing the seas this fall? Maybe you could have your cruise ship drop you off at Port Canaveral & you could hitch a ride on the DCL shuttle.

Did you ever decide which cruise to take?

I wish I could go in Oct.(one of my favorite times) but I just got back in May and probably wont be back until next spring or fall.

I do keep an eye on airfare but I think a long weekend would be too much with a 5 and 2 yr old maybe when they're older.

P.S. for you DVC's which resort did you choose my and I are thinking about VWL, and do you know a good reseller?

In case they are skimming, this question is for ohanafamily, geffric & iluvtink. I think Depplyinluv's mom owns too. I think ohanafamily has charts & graphs to go along with his presentation. ;)

No - and its keeping me up at night. This is the hardest vacation planning I have ever done. I pretty much know its not going to be a Disney cruise - its just too fiscally stupid. We get to cruise for eight days on Carnival in a balcony cabin and they will take my two year old into camp or we get to spend the same money on a 4 day cruise on Disney in the bottom of the rung cabin category where we don't know if its day or night. I vote for Carnival.

Now its just trying to decide on spending the money at all, normally I have absolutely no issues with this - I love to take vacations, plus my husband, the fiscal tightwad, is all for going and shelling out the bucks to do it, but I am getting wishy washy about working having two children and I may not be in the best hormonal state to make a big financial decision right now. I keep going back and forth - save the money, or blow it and enjoy ourselves.

I have to make the decision soon as its almost full payment time for the cruise - its only 70 days out, but I just can't seem to make this decision.

Okie doke guys. My appointment is at 12:30 so I'm leaving in a few. Man, I have butterflies!

What's wierd is that I've never really been nervous about interviews ever in the years past. But this job is making my stomach to flip flops. Hope I don't throw up on the guy.

Uh, edcrbnsoul. I also just went in May :) Aren't AP's great! Did you notice I said Lewski, Barb, and I are going together. At NO time did I say anything about DH's or kids, which we all have :) YEP! Leaving them all at home for a girls' trip! Woo Hoo!!

You know, airfare for one, or even two, isn't all that high! I got Southwest for $149 roundtrip between Norfolk and Orlando. Where you coming from?

Snicker! But really, ohanafamily is a wealth of knowledge on DVC. He gets a hard time some time for having SO much info, both techie and DVC, but when we have a question, we know where to turn ::yes:: Thanks, ohana!!

Thanks Rick I have a good feeling about this interview as it is back in human services where I think I belong. I'm really good with families and it's really my thing.

edcrbnsoul I wish you could go in October too. Me and the family are leaving Oct. 30 and I just love that time of year. The parks are pretty quiet and the weather is usually perfect.

I'd fly out of Manchester NH or Boston, I flew down Jet blue out of Boston in May $79 each way. And yes AP's are nice. But I think my DW and DS's would kill me if I left them for WDW trip my youngest asks at least 3x a week if we can go to Disney World (thats my boy)
