Ohh, ooooh, my turn!! My name is Caroline, and I'm 13 years old. I joined the boards in January as it was recommended to get trip info for my first trip to WDW last March. I never did use it for that, but immediatly joined the POTC, Orlando Bloom, and Johnny Depp fan clubs. There I became aquainted with three [color=0066FF]T[/color][color=CC0066]A[/color][color=00CC66]G[/color][color=00BFFF]L[/color][color=FF1493]I[/color][color=FF6600]K[/color][color=FFCC00]I[/color][color=9900FF]N[/color][color=00FF00]S[/color], bloomie43, FPgurl04, and [color=9900CC]oddball27[/color]. I didn't find the TAGLIARCHY until what...a few monthes ago?? I came here to thank the TAG FAIRY for my tag and these people are just the best, and I got sucked in!!! I live in Maine, and like you and I already talked of, I'm a HUGE red sox, patriot, and bruin fan. I love any and every sport from table tennis, to poker, to football. I also play tennis, softball, basketball, run cross country and track, and downhill and cross country ski. I also have played the piano for 7 years. My favorite band is OutKast, but I also love Blink 182, Dashboard Confessional, Simple Plan, and Linkin Park. I think that sums me up pretty well.


Also, probably the most confusing thing you'll run into over here is when(if in my case) me or [color=9900CC]oddball27[/color](often called Ashton if you didn't connect the two) start talking about our friends/boys in our lives. It can get confusing(not mine...[color=9900CC]oddball27;s[/color]) Mine basically consists of me talking about Matt, the kid I like. That's easy enough. It's a lot easier with the rest of 'em, cause they're all married and nothing changes....not to say your life is boring or anything...

[COLOR=000099]edcrbnsoul[/COLOR], just remember: I'm the cool one. I am 32 years old, married for 6 1/2 years. I have 2 kids. Josh turns 5 on July 3rd & Lainie is 18 months. I work part-time for the cable company. Saturday & Sunday during the day & a few hours on Monday night. I stay home during the week with the kids & 2 dogs, Webber (Basset Hound named after my favorite basketball player, Chris Webber) and Fredo (Rottweiler named because DH's grandmother was 100% Italian, so DH thinks he is "in the family" & I new we were either going to name a child or a dog after someone from The Godfather, so I chose a dog). Hmm, let's see what else? I love music and I love going to concerts although I don't attend as many as I used to. Obvious from my screen name, I am a huge Grateful Dead fan. I worked full-time while I was in college & used every dime I had on going to concerts. Saw them over 75 times from 1990 until Jerry Garcia died . My other favorite band is Widespread Panic, they are from Athens, GA & I've seen them over 40 times (most recently last October). I am going to see The Dead (the remaining members of The Grateful Dead + a couple extras) in July! Yipee!!!! Oh, I am a huge sports fan. I love The RED SOX, The Oakland Raiders (I don't even wanna talk about the bull-crap "forward pass" call from a couple of years ago....grrrr stupid Patriots ), The Sacramento Kings (mainly cuz of Webber), Notre Dame (Grandfather was an alum & I grew up Catholic in Toledo OH), and Michigan Wolverines (used to live in Michigan). Well, I thinks that's everything about me. I live in Lexington, KY now. Oh, [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] is married to my brother. We are going to WDW together (along with my parents) in October! Yipee!!

Just a quick check in......I actually did my walk this morning!
AND I DID NOT OPEN THE OREOS! I had a piece of one of my stupid low carb chocolate bars (actually, not bad...dark chocolate and a small piece does the trick).

[COLOR=000099]edcrbnsoul[/COLOR], a couple a quick facts about me. I joined the TAGLIARCHY last September. Came to ask about the TAG FAIRY, stayed to play. I'm the oldest, I believe, 54, live in the desert, been in broadcasting/advertising for 35 years! Single. Travel to WDW with my friend PixieMagic and actually have THREE trips coming up between now and next Jan. (and I just got back from one in April). This is the year of the annual pass.....can ya tell?. You'll also find me on the WISH thread, as I'm TRYING to dump tonage and plan on walking the 1/2 marathon in Jan at WDW. I'm the keeper of the TAG FAIRY story book and have been very negligent about telling stories......but I feel one coming on, so everyone stand by.

I'm 24(turning 25 in august) and I'm happily seeing my DBF of almost 2 years.He's a CNA for a care home in Anson and I'm looking into going back to school once the new year rolls around.I'm trying to convince my parents to let me take a solo trip to WDW in December or maybe for F&WF next year.I'm also the film and anime buff plus my screenname comes from Moulin Rouge(one of my all time favorite movies)

Ok edcrbnsoul. lets see, I turn 40 in a month i have 3 kids-two teens and one preschooler. We are military and are planning on retiring soon. We are moving in two weeks-just across the street but still stressful. I look a little like Heather Locklear!! NOT hehehe I wish. You can see my pic on the Taglichans photo album. Umm boring life for me. I was on the TAG thread when it started a long time ago-almost a year ago. Thats about it!! Boring!!

Hi edcrbnsoul, my DIS name is pretty simple to figure out. My name is Rick and I live in New York City, actually in Queens to be exact. I am partnered to Billysotherdad (aka Joe) and we've been together for 14 years as of this October.

We live on the first floor of a brownstone/rowhouse in the Forest Hills area, just down the street from the old US Open tennis stadium.

We have a dog, Bill, who's also known as the evilest creature in the entire universe. Not really. He's just a trouble maker and happens to be my absolute best pal.

I'm 37, going on 38 this coming August 28. Joe is also 37 and will turn 38 on August 22.

I have a bizaarre addiction to the worst slasher horror movies. Love them all, the more disgusting the better. Joe just humors me.

We visit WDW every year. Our next trip will be in Sept/Oct.

I was raised in a military Naval family so we hopped around the country and Japan my entire life.

Mornin' y'all!

DH got home yesterday morning Spent the day out with him and the kids....little shopping, little car repair, few errands, the usual. Trundled him and the kids off to the Virginia Living Museum this morning. Kinda wanted to go with them...the museum is great and the kids LOVE it....lots of critters native to the state....otters, eagles, foxes, etc.....but I reminded myself this is my only break in the previous 2 weeks and the next 2 weeks, so here I sit at the computer He leaves for Scotland tomorrow DD is finally to that age where she understands he's leaving for awhile when he goes and it's very sad for her

30-year-old stay-at-home-mom to Abbie (3.5) and Walt (2 next month. I'm a true Southerner and enjoy injecting my speech into my posts...so make sure you read the "y'all" with a good accent in your head! I'm a Navy wife, as my tag points out. DH travels quite a bit so work is outta the question for now. You'll hear me complain not about the travel (that's expected and we've really been lucky on that front as he's hardly ever had to travel until the last 3 months) but about the constantly changing schedule. It's alwasys in flux and makes everything a difficult proposition.

Anyways, we're HUGE Disney fans and try to go once a year or more! We're FL residents, so that helps with discounts, and are AP holders, too. DH and I went with friends (no kids) in November, we took a family group of 20 in December, and we took our little family and his parents in May Been a Disney year We're currently living in Chesapeake, VA, but have orders to move to Tampa next June. Needless to say, we'll be living on the EAST side of town, closer to WDW!!! When we move we'll probably upgrade to Premium AP's so we can do the water parks

Found this crazy group of people only a few months ago....February, I think....looking for a place to thank the TAG FAIRY for colorizing my tags! Guess I better start putting my foot in my mouth and get tagged again 'cause my kids are about 6 months older than my tag says now

Well, that's about it for now. Better go shower and get outta the house before they come back I intend for this day to be a FULL break. Even got a sitter for tonight! (For those of you keeping score, it's only the 2nd time we've had one who wasn't a grandparent!!! I MUST be desperate!)

One nice story to share with you all that happened at my high school reunion:

At the beginning of the shindig, the coordinator was up at the podium asking people to stand up if you're in the military, if you have one child, two children, three, and on and on. Then she asked the question, "Please stand up if you've been married for more than 5 years" So more than half the room was standing. Joe looked at me, I looked at him, we both shrugged and snickered and stood up too.

Then it went to 6 years, 7, 8, 9... and on and on. When it was 13 years, we were still standing and noticed that there were only three other couples in a room of 200 people. And I could feel the eyes on us! I could only imagine the "Oh my God!" and "See? I told you so!" and "What the...." and "Rick is... he's... are you kidding???"

It was great! And folks just kept applauding all the couples! Not bad for a southern hick town, eh?

I always liked JAX, hicks and all. Probably due to the proximity to home, family, and WDW, but I also loved my (volunteer) job there! Warm weather, FL discounts, beach nearby....what else could you ask for??!?

I work full time and then some in corporate commercial real estate. I am a 9-5 DIS'r. It keeps me sane as I spend my days negotiating with mafiosa (no really, I'm serious, we found a dead body on one of sites in NYC as we were getting under construction - our developer for that one is now in jail) and this place lets me be wacky and not have to negotiate or debate - that's why you would never find me on the DB. If I don't post for a number of days, its OK, its just because I am working on a fitting for cement shoes with one of our Landlords who got entirely too ticked off at me.
